History
Walter Hamilton Investments Corporation was born in the early 1990s as a solution to the ongoing problem of temporary housing for the seasonal workers in the hospitality industry. Beginning in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, we provided dormitory-style housing for seasonal workers by supplying comfortable, affordable housing in remodeled efficiency accommodations.
 
As the business grew, we expanded outside Myrtle Beach to our present-day international accommodations.  We provide a broad range of options from First Class Luxuary Condos to our seasonal and temporary housing for H2b, J1 and Work and travel clients throughout the United States, Canada and the Carribean.
 
Accommodations
Currently, we are the sole provider of temporary housing for many hotels and resorts nationwide. Accommodations offer 2- and 3-bedroom luxury apartments, most of which are in gated communities.
 
Tenants are provided all furnishings, appliances, cookware, linens, TV, and utilities. It is completely hassle-free!
